Otac petnaestogodišnje devojčice Vanje Đorčevske, koja je bila surovo ubijena blizu Skoplja, pokušao je danas da ubedi sud da ga pusti iz pritvora kako bi se određivali kućni pritvor.
Aleksandar Đorčevski, koji se sumnjiči da je davatelj informacija Ljupčo Palevski – Palči, koji se sumnjiči da je ubio devojčicu, doveden je iz zatvora u Šutki u Apelacioni sud, gde se zajedno sa svojim odvjetnikom borio za kućni pritvor ili određene mere predostrožnosti.
Kada ga je advokat poveo u sudnicu, samo je spuštao pogled, a ušavši u sobu, navodno je zaplakao, dok je njegov odvjetnik tvrdio da je pogrešno optužen i da se usprkos velikoj tragediji, događa još jedna tragična situacija.
Ivona Talevska, javna tužiteljica u Makedoniji, rečeno je da su je oteli i ubili 27. novembra ujutru, a njeno telo pronađeno je 3. decembra u njivi sela Brazde.

She was murdered on the same day, and her body was discovered on December 3 in the village of Brazda on the outskirts of Skopje. A burnt car used for the abduction was also found nearby.
It was concluded by the investigation that the child had gone through the horrors during the last hours of her life.
So far, six people have been arrested on suspicion of being in some way linked to the abduction or murder of little Vanja, as well as Panča Žežovski from Veles, in whose car Vanja was kidnapped. Ljupčo Palevski-Palčo is suspected of planning, organizing, and committing two murders. For the abduction and murder of the two victims, Velibor M., Bora V. and Vlatko K. are suspected of giving Palčo information about when his daughter leaves the building and goes to school. The last suspected person is Stefan D., who was arrested for helping Palčo escape from Belgrade to Turkey, from where he should be extradited to the Macedonian authorities.
